About Me

My name is Dawn and I am the proud owner of Polly Cakes. Polly Cakes is named after my Nan. She would bake most days and everyone who knew her loved a Polly Cake. Baking is in the genes as my Mom also baked and made us our birthday cakes when we were little. Although I am a self taught baker a lot of my knowledge and my love of baking came from watching my Mom & Nan baking and decorating in the kitchen for hours.
